I am new in this sport and unfortunately in Elladistan we have very limited sources for information of legendary players.I think it we would nice having a topic where we can post informations or even short bios for players who wrote history in rugby.

What players? Greek players? It is a good idea. I started something already but I want the bio to have at least 1 picture of the player...

Jonny Wilkinson grew up in the south of England playing Rugby, before he was spotted by one of Newcastle Falcons scouts. At the time when Wilkinson was learning his trade at Newcastle he was working under another great fly half legend in Rob Andrew (now England's Elite Director of Rugby).

Now, back to Greek "Legendary" Players,
Honestly A lot of greeks have the talent required to go far, but not the attitude.
Id say mostly the youth is what going to make legendary "Greek" players, Like Argyris Saliarelis (Spartans), George Pavlou (Athens), Romanos Arapis (Spartans), Konstantinos Evaggelopoulos (Lions) Δημήτρης Κατσαφράκης(Athens), Stephanos Stephanou (Spartans).
I hate to say this but the older players are a waist to talk about not because they lack of skill or talent, but because of the extremely high level of ego and even more annoying how much more obnoxious and cocky could they be. NO DISRESPECT, Just an independent thought!If you take a look at the players i just mentioned you will see that in this upcoming season they will shine!
